¿El plan Premium tiene permanencia?
Sí, con el objetivo de poder desarrollar y optimizar la efectividad de la plataforma y sus resultados, se aplica una permanencia mínima de 6 meses al perfil Premium.
¿Cuáles son las formas de pago disponibles?
Aceptamos tarjetas de crédito y débito. Los cargos pueden realizarse de manera mensual con cargo recurrente, anual de contado en un solo cargo o anual diferido a 12 MSI con tarjeta de crédito.
¿Cuál es la modalidad de pago para el plan Premium?
Existen 2 opciones. Suscripción anual con pago único: su pago se realizará una vez al año. Pago mensual con cargo recurrente: su pago se realizará una vez al mes.
Cuando active su suscripción anual podrá consultar más dudas o preguntas relacionadas con su asesor experto.
¿Cómo puedo ver mis facturas?
Enviamos las facturas directamente a la dirección de correo asociada a su perfil. Además, podrá acceder a todas las facturas desde el apartado de facturación de su perfil Premium.
